The Nottingham Connection

Graduates of Nottingham High School's Class of 1948 met in the Adirondacks 7 to 10 September 2004.  Mary (Moore) Finkle graciously offered her camp, "Cub's Cove"  in Speculator, NY as the rendezvous.  Lake Pleasant is gorgeous; classmates are delightful.  Too bad the weather did not cooperate.  The resident bear made his "appearance" during our visit.  The note on our motel room door reminded us that bears, although beautiful and interesting, are wild animals and should be avoided.  Understood!
